My signature must not be removed or obscured.

Credit is not necessary when posting in either public or private spaces.

An initial sketch will be sent for confirmation and revisions – after this, actioning of further revisions will be at my discretion.

You must be 13 years or older to order art from me.

I may refuse a commission for any reason, and I am not required to explain my reason/s to the client.

Artwork cannot be used for commercial use unless discussed before completion. Among other things, this means you cannot use the art on something you are selling, and you can never distribute the art itself for profit.

When reselling any art by me, including designs, it may not be sold for more than what you initially paid.

When reselling a design for which I have made commissioned artwork, you may sell my artwork alongside the design.

You or another artist can edit the lines. I must still be credited as the original artist even with extensive edits.

You cannot remove my signature, even if you or someone else extensively edits the lines.

For lines outside of CS, credit must be given listing me as the creator when they are uploaded or shared on a site or online community.

Lineart created on CS cannot be moved to another site (e.g. DA) without express permission from myself.

All payments are in USD.

Payment is taken though PayPal.

Payment must be in full upfront.

I do not allow refunds after the commission has begun; I may offer them if I cannot complete the commission or it has been in excess of 6 weeks since the date of ordering.

If the commission is refunded, the client will not receive any art regardless of the state of the commission.

Cancelling the order without prior notice (min. 24 hours) is not permitted.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of ordering art.

The art piece itself.

Post the art where I want.

Use the art to promote myself and my work.

Make alternative versions of the art.

Use the art for personal use.

Print the artwork to display physically for yourself.

Use the artwork to promote your characters and stories with credit.

The commissioned image may be lightly altered (for example with filters) provided my signature is still visible, clear, and identifiable. You may not draw over/on my artwork.

You may alter/add to designs (not artwork).

Edits to prior commissions may be requested as a separate commission.
